1. Referral of potential customers :
The gallery undertakes to refer customers interested in personalized works to the artist.
2. Investment in promotion :
The gallery takes care of the artists‘ online marketing and promotion, including video advertising, public relations, mailings, etc.
3. Transparent commission :
The commission taken by the gallery is clearly defined at 45% of the price of the work, which is added to the final price paid by the customer.
4. Taking care of logistics :
The gallery helps provide sketches based on the artist’s style, manages customer relations, assists with shipping and handles customer payments.
5. Flexibility and transparency :
The contract is for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party giving 30 days’ notice. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Quebec courts. The offer is free for artists who have a website with Artur visibility; otherwise, it is available for $30/month.
